The second generation of the Pentium III processor core. It should be noted that Intel launched a 1.13 GHz version of the Pentium III on this core and had to recall the chip because the core was unable to function at 1.13 GHz without a voltage boost and better cooling and some addtonal tweaking to the chip's microcode.
